It was a tense week waiting for the results of the 6k Leinster Masters Road Champs held in Gowran last Monday, with Rathfarnham fighting a close battle with Clonliffe Harriers in the M35 race. Mullingar Harriers were 3rd with 68 points. Our M50 team of Joe Casey (5th O/50 in 22.03), Tommy Bishop (6th O/50 in 22.07) and John McHugh (4th O/55 in 22.50) also took team gold with a comfortable victory over Sli Cualann and Kilcoole AC.
