Sean Hehir got 2013 off to flying start today when he won the Tom Walsh Memorial 10K in Caherconlish Co. Limerick in a time of 30.37. In doing so he knocked over a minute off the course record. Great start to the year Sean. Well done. Results are at the Running in Munster website.
