Report from National Indoor T&F Championships, Belfast, Sat. 11th Feb 2012

Paul Fleming finished 4th in the 3rd Heat of four, time 4.02 for 1500m in a very competitive field for qualification. The first three in each heat went through to the final. EFREN SEGUNDO QUESADA from Gran Canarias in his first race in the club colours ran 8.53, a PB and Ronan Kearns ran 9.02 in the 3000m. Medals were based on the fastest times from the two heats. Unfortunately there were none for Rathfarnham WSAF AC. Some results are on the AAI website report and full results are posted on the AAI Results page. Well do to all who ran.
