Congratulations yet again to Sean Hehir who earned himself another title yesterday at the Clare Senior Cross Country Championships in Cooraclare yesterday. Sean finished more than a minute clear of the second placed athlete to claim the gold medal. Sean’s sister Cushla finished second in the senior women’s race. Full results are in the results section.
