Rathfarnham secured 13 medals in the Leinster Indoors championships this afternoon. A long day began with a delay from the juvenile relays of one and a half hours. In the 400m Stuart McCleane kept up his good form to win gold (M2) in 57 secs. Noel Crowther won his category (M3) in the same event. Noel pipped Owen Mc Loughlin in the 800m (Gold M3 and silver M3 respectively). Edwin was 3rd in this race. Paul Fleming secured gold (M1) with good silvers from Pearse Coyle (M2) and Philip Halpin (M5). In the 1500m again Paul won gold (M1) along with Pearse (M2) who won his race overall. Owen had a good silver (M3) while Edwin was 4th in the event. Philip Halpin had another good silver in the M5 category. A long but fruitful day! Well done to all who travelled.
