Well done to Seán Hehir who was 20th in the Antrim International Cross Country race on Saturday, 30 seconds behind the first scorer on the Irish team, Mark Kirwan. Results are available on the Athletics NI site. Seán will be running his 6th race of the month this Sunday in Raheny, before taking a well earned break in February.
