We had a small but select group of Club runners in last Tuesday's BHAA 5m. Road Race in Dunboyne. First home was Philip Wright in 62nd. and 2nd. O.55 in a time of 31.04, a seasons best, followed by Dermot Coogan (65th, 31.10), Vanessa Sallier (109th, 32.59) and an ever improving Fidelma Ayres (121st. and 1st O.50 Lady, 33.38).
