Some excellent Club results were recorded in the 4 mile Dunboyne Road Race on Sunday. First home for the Club was Sean Heir in 3rd position in a time of 19.41, which was a PB for him. Sean is just back from injury and what a way to get back. Next came Eoin Flynn in 7th (19.41) in another PB for 4 miles, followed by Paul Fleming in 10th (19.59), Gearoid O'Connor in 20th (21.21) and Paul McGovern in 29th (21.43). The team finished in 2nd place to Raheny Shamrocks. Derek McConnon was our only masters competitor and he ran very well. Full results and pictures are posted on the Dunboyne Athletic Club at Link
