Congratulations to Eoin Flynn who represented the club admirably in the National Senior Indoor Champs in Belfast yesterday, finishing in 7th place for the 3k in a time of 8.30. Eoin shaved another 0.3 seconds off his previous best time for the distance, despite having heavy legs from his perfomance in Wales last weekend. Well done Eoin - keep the pbs coming!
