Congratulations to Eoin Flynn who ran a pb of 8.30.3 for 3000m in the Welsh Indoor Championships in Cardiff today, knocking 2.5 seconds off his previous best. This performance was an excellent warmup for the National Senior Indoors in Belfast next weekend, in which Eoin will be contending for a top place.
