Some excellent results were achieved in the Dublin Masters Cross Country Championships in Tymon Park today. Our ladies team of Norita Murphy (6th), Zoe Melling (9th), Laura Flynn (10th) and Miriam McCormack (11th) won gold, while our men's team of Joe Casey (7th), Owen McLoughlin (8th), Brendan Hogan (10th) and John Farrelly (11th) packed well to finish second behind Liffey Valley. Well done also to all our individual medal winners - Helen Ingram (1st O/50), Adrian Tucker (2nd O/50), Mick Bolger (3rd O/40), Sean Doyle (3rd O/50), Don Carroll (2nd O/55) and Peter McDermott (3rd O/60). Good runs were also had by Andy Davies, Derek Bain, Mike Long, Eoin Murray, Terry Clarke, PJ Claffey and Sabine Larner. Full results are in the results section, and photos are in the Gallery.
