Caitriona Jennings continued her winning ways by winning the ladies race in the Lakes 10k today in a time of 36.27. She was followed home by Donna Mahon in 3rd Place (37.07), Ashling Tohill (47.07) and Emma Allott (51.42). Padraig McCriostail was 5th overall in a time of 34.38 and was followed by Mike Long (39.44). Well done to all. Full results are posted on the Lakeshore Striders website. Link
