Ian Ingram, Derek Furniss, Terry Clarke, Eoin Murray, Heiner Schuster, Zoe Melling and Louise Cassidy all ran well in the Irish Life and Permanent, 3,000m Track race in Ringsend last Wednesday. Detailed results and times will be posted on the BHAA website shortly. Some photos are up now. Link
