Congratulations to Kevin Keane (2nd), Mark Ryan (3rd), Donna Mahon (3rd lady) and Michael Treacy (2nd junior) who have been selected to represent Ireland in the inaugural World Mountain Running Championships in Italy on September 6. Padriag MacCriostail, (5th) is team reserve. Jason Reid (9th) and Peter O'Farrell (10th) also competed in yesterday's trial race, in which Rathfarnham won the men's team category.
