We had several great results at the Graded Meeting in Ringsend last night. Firstly Stuart McCleane set a PB for the 400m in 55.69. In the mens mile race Ian Ingram ran a PB in 4.37.94, closely followed by Derek Furness in a PB of 4.43.95 and Pierce Coyle in 5.02. In the mens 3000m Paul Fleming ran 8.39 and was closely followed by Barry Minnock in a PB of 8.41, Gearoid O'Connor (9.23) and Paul McGovern in a PB of 9.31.
