It was yet another great day for the ladies who displayed excellent performances in both individual and team medals. A two lap course with 300 competitors saw the Rathfarnham ladies displaying their true colours.
Caitriona Jennings continued her outstanding elite race form of late to finish in second place overall ahead of Pauline Curley with another pb in a time of 35.24. Donna Mahon also put in a super display with another fantastic pb of 36.56 despite having a chest infection. Donna secured a silver medal in the individual masters 0/35. The masters team of Donna Mahon, Aoife O Connor and Helen Leonard also won silver just behind Tullamore Harriers AC. Well done also to our Senior team of Caitriona Jennings, Vanessa Sallier, Zoe Melling and Tracy Jennings who were unlucky to miss out on a team medal each performed well today.

Results are available on the AAI website.
