Well done to all Club members who competed at the Dublin Graded Meeting No. 7 at Tallaght Athletic Stadium on Wed. 20th July. In the 1,500m B race Aisling O'Connor ran 5.19. The 2019 Spar Autumn Open International Cross Country Festival was held at the National Sports Campus Abbottstown on November 5th.   Well done to our senior men's team who finished 6th out of 18 teams in last Sunday's National Senior Cross Country Championships in Abbotstown. Well done to all 758 finishers of yesterday's Rathfarnham 5k which took place on a mild calm Rathfarnham morning, which was excellent running conditions. There was over 900 entries in total.
