Congratulations to Paul Stephenson, Jason Reid and Ciaran Aylward who all clocked PBs in the Reading Half Marathon this morning, in cold wet conditions. Congratulations to Ronan Kearns who finished 3rd in the O35 800m at the British Masters Indoor Championships in London on Sunday. Ronan's time of 2.02.08 was a season best for the distance. Full results are available on the British Masters Athletic Federation website....

Congratulations to Ronan Kearns and Paul Fleming who both ran season bests in the AIT Indoor Gradeed Meet in Athlone on Saturday night. Ronan competed in the senior men's 800m, finishing in a time of 2.02.71, while Paul ran the 1500m in 4.09.33. Full results are on the AAI website. Well done to both....

Congratulations to Maria Dolan who was first F40 in the Raheny 5 race this afternoon in a PB of 29.51. Louis McCarthy was first home from the club, finishing in 18th position in a time of 26.19.
