Congratulations to Stephen Gaffney who made a comeback from injury to win the 150m and 300m events at the at AIT Baseline Indoor T&F Meet in Athlone yesterday. Stephen clocked PBs in both events with a time of 16.6 seconds for 150m and 35.4 seconds for 300m. Results will be posted on the AIT website....

Congratulations to all the athletes who represented the club in the National Half Marathon Championships this morning, which were incorporated in the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Dublin. Congratulations to Paul Fleming who won the M40 5k race in a time of 15.39 at the GloHealth National Masters Track and Field Championships, held in wet and windy conditions in Tullamore yesterday. Well done to all Rathfarnham athletes who competed in road races this weekend.
