Congratulations to Sean Hehir who won the Airtricity Dubin Marathon today in a time of 2.18.21; the first Irish athlete to win the event in 20 years. Sean ran a perfectly paced race to take the lead at 20 miles, and finished over a minute clear of runner-up Joe Sweeney of DSD. Well done to Shane O’Neill and Gerry Doyle who won their age categories in the masters trials at the Gerry Farnan Cross Country races this afternoon.
