Congratulations to Eoin Flynn who ran a pb of 8.30.3 for 3000m in the Welsh Indoor Championships in Cardiff today, knocking 2.5 seconds off his previous best. Rathfarnham WSAF was well represented in Raheny this afternoon, where a record field of 2100 completed the five miles in cold, clear conditions.
