In only his first marathon Donagh Powell broke the 3 hour barrier with 2:57:02. At the IMRA Annagh Hill 10.5km Race on Sunday 31st March Rathfarnham WSAF AC had just two athletes competing. Gael Hernandez had his best mountain finish to date coming 5th overall and Orla McEvoy was 5th in the women's race. Great running from both of you!...

The Dunboyne 10k took place on Sunday 31st March 2019. It has replaced the annual 4 mile race. Rathfarnham WSAF AC had two athletes competing. Seán Hehir clocked an excellent time of 30:54 to come 6th overall and Clare Sullivan ran a super seasonal best of 38:40 finishing as 9th women home. Well done guys. FULL RESULTS HERE...

The Business Houses Athletics Association held the DCC 4 mile Road Race on Staurday 30th March 2019 St. Anne’s Park, Raheny. In flying form Paul Flemming was an excellent 2nd overall in 21:08. Mallow native Donagh Powell cannot miss this great 10miler. With an uncoming marathon he ran a sensible pace run in 75:24 but brought a Dub, Neil Skelton who had an excellent Sub 60 in 59:46. Well done Neil! FULL RESULTS HERE...
