Well done to everyone who competed in the Leinster Novice & Masters cross country races yesterday, held in idyllic conditions at Belvedere House. Well done to all the Rathfarnham athletes who competed in the Gerry Farnan cross country races on Sunday. Congratulations to Sean Hehir who won the East Clare 10k in Kilkishen on Sunday. Sean's time of 31.30 was over a minute faster than the second placed athlete.
