Well done to Sean Hehir who was third in the John Treacy Dungarvan 10 Mile race yesterday in 49.09. This was a PB for Sean and 39 seconds quicker than his time last year which earned him second place, and 16 seconds faster than his winning time in 2012. Congratulations to the club athletes who took braved icy road conditions to take the top positions in the Aware Christmas 10k and 5k races yesterday.
