We had 20 Club runners in yesterdays BHAA Cross country over a very heavy Tymon Park - 14 men and 6 ladies. Best results were achieved by the ladies over a 2 mile course. The adventure event took place on Jan 7th 2011 starting 12.00 midnight on Friday 7th and finishing in the early hours of Saturday 8th. Jan. Louis McCarthy continued his good form by coming 5th in the Tom Brennan 5k road race in the Phoenix Park on Sat. 1st January 2011 in a time of 16.02.
