  It was great to see Ruairí Long of Rathfarnham WSAF AC competing as part of the 4 man Irish U20 team that finished 7th overall (a mere one point off 6th!) at the European Mountain running Championships in Skopje, Macedonia.   At the European Mountain Running Championships in Skopje, Macedonia on Sunday 1st July 2018 Rathfarnham WSAF AC's Mark Ryan ran very well to come 39th individual overall and part of the Irish team who came 10th. We had two athletes in the St. Cocas AC 5k Kilcock on Friday 29th June 2018. Both ran verywell. Bobby Murphy came 5th  overall in 15:16 (New Road PB!! for him) and Lynne Hennessy came in as 4th woman in 18:44. Well done guys....

Congratulations to Joe Casey won the M55 category at the Irish Runner 5mile Race in the Phoenix Park in a time of 30:56. Tommy Bishop ran 33:53, Brendan Hogan 32:32 and Jos Lalor 39:42. Well done everybody....

  Rathfarnham WSAF AC won first place at the Michael Manning Memorial Dunshaughlin 10k on a balmy Saturday evening in a very high caliber field. Race of the day was in the men's 800m. Cillian Doherty dominated the race winning the Dublin title in style. His time of 1.58.05 was his second fastest over the distance.
