The Dunboyne 10k took place on Sunday 31st March 2019. It has replaced the annual 4 mile race. Rathfarnham WSAF AC had two athletes competing. Seán Hehir clocked an excellent time of 30:54 to come 6th overall and Clare Sullivan ran a super seasonal best of 38:40 finishing as 9th women home. Well done guys. FULL RESULTS HERE...

The Business Houses Athletics Association held the DCC 4 mile Road Race on Staurday 30th March 2019 St. Anne’s Park, Raheny. In flying form Paul Flemming was an excellent 2nd overall in 21:08. Mallow native Donagh Powell cannot miss this great 10miler. With an uncoming marathon he ran a sensible pace run in 75:24 but brought a Dub, Neil Skelton who had an excellent Sub 60 in 59:46. Well done Neil! FULL RESULTS HERE...

The BHAA ran the 10th edition of it's K CLUB 10k on Saturday 23rd March 2019 in for once ideal conditions. Results were as follows: Denis Daly 36:55 (PB!) Seán Hehir came 1st in the Run ROS Roscommon marathon on Saturday 23rd March 2019. He ran 2:23:23 as a training run for an upcoming marathon!! Incredible stuff Seán and best of luck at the main event. FULL RESULTS HERE...

In the 25.5km long Maurice Mullins mountain Half Rathfarnham athletes featured well. Ruairi Long finished 4th, Barry Minnock 5th, Colm Moran 7th, Ciaran Aylward 11th, Eoin Flynn 24th and Ora McEvoy 54th. The MSB ST.Patrick’s Festival 5k 2019 took place on Monday 18th March with about 1300 finishers in this annual race around the city centre. Rathfarnham WSAF AC had two runners in the 2019 Mullingar Half Marathon on St. Patrick's Day. Seán Hehir, a man back on an upward trajectory again, was just piped for first place in a time of 68:06.
