In the Dublin Graded #6 on Wednesday evening in Santry Stewart McClean ran 55.84 in the 400m and Stephen Gaffney ran 57.12. In the 1500m Louis McCarthy ran 4.15 followed by Brian O'Donoghue 4.28, Mick Bolger 4.35 and Ian Rankin 4.37. In the 3000m Derek Bain ran 10.16. Well done to all. We had 8 runners in last night's 5k trail race in the Phoenix Park.
