Congratulations to Paul Fleming who won silver in the M35 category in the 1500m race in the European Masters Track and Field championships in Hungary yesterday, in a time of 4:02.80. Barry Minnock finished in 8th place in 4:11.46, after getting trapped in a group behind the lead runners. Paul and Barry will both compete in the 5000m event tomorrow ...

Well done to all who ran in the Dublin City Council race In Ringsend last night, which, although approximately 300m short of the advertised 5k distance, saw some great performances from club athletes.
