A great day for the club in Nenagh at the National Masters Indoors began with the 800s: First off Paul Fleming ran a tremendous race to finish 1st (V1) in 2.04 and followed that later with a victory in the 1500m. Donna Mahon continues her strong form by easily winning the ladies BHAA cross country over 2 miles in Cherryfield yesterday. Annette Kealy from Raheny was second. We had some great performances in the Dublin Masters Cross Country Championships in Raheny today with the ladies team winning the Dublin Championships and the men's team taking the silver medal. Our Men's team were 7th in the National Novice CC in Tullamore today, in a competitive 6k race won by North Laois AC.
