We had just eight Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes in this year’s 40th edition of the Michael Manning Memorial Dunshaughlin 10k road race. Performance of the day definitely goes to Mitchel Byrne who ran a new 1500m PB which puts him second fastest on the Rathfarnham WSAF AC all time list with a time of 3:49.15. The Indeed Docklands 5k was held on Thursday 20th June 2019. Rathfarnham WSAF AC seniors had a podium finish taking second prize in the team event with Kevin, David and Colm the scorers.
