With wind, rain and sunshine it was ideally tough for a good performance for David Power at the Bohermeen Meath Spring Half Marathon 2019 on Sunday March 10th. In one of the performances of the year so far Rathfarnham WSAF AC's Shane O'Neill ran a super time of 4:11:16 to take silver in the M45 1500m at AIT. His time was so fast it was even better than the M35 and M40 winners!! Bad luck having a double masters world champion winner in his age group! ...

There were three Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes in the IMRA Maulin Hill Race on Saturday March 9th . Great runs saw them all finish in the top 10. Peter O’Farrell was 2nd, Ciaran Aylward 7th and Gael Hernandez 10th. Well done to the trio....

Well done to those who competeted in the National Indoor Championships in Abbotstown. Carla Sweeney finished an excellent 7th in the 1500m final in 4:33:84.
