Today Paul Fleming was our first Clubman home in the MSB 5k road race around the streets of Dublin city centre in 8th place in a time of 15.29. We had only two runners in todays National Senior Cross Country in the Phoenix Park,  Paul Fleming was 26th. and Gearoid O'Connor was 84th. The full results are available on the AAI website at Link. Congratulations to Eoin Flynn who represented the club admirably in the National Senior Indoor Champs in Belfast yesterday, finishing in 7th place for the 3k in a time of 8.30. Laura Flynn was our only competitor in the ladies 2.5 mile race where she finished 8th and first O.40. We had a record of 15 competitors in the men's 5 mile race.
