Rathfarnham secured 13 medals in the Leinster Indoors championships this afternoon. A long day began with a delay from the juvenile relays of one and a half hours. Well done to Seán Hehir who was 20th in the Antrim International Cross Country race on Saturday, 30 seconds behind the first scorer on the Irish team, Mark Kirwan.  Results are available on the Athletics NI site. Seán will be running his 6th race of the month this Sunday in Raheny, before taking a well earned break in February.  ...

A great day for the club in Nenagh at the National Masters Indoors began with the 800s: First off Paul Fleming ran a tremendous race to finish 1st (V1) in 2.04 and followed that later with a victory in the 1500m.
