Sean Hehir continues his fine form on the road by winning the Adare 10k road race today in a time of 31.17. It was on a very windy course which was not suitable for fast running. Louis Kellegher was 18th in 36.51. Full results are on the West Limerick AC website. Well done to Sean and Louis....

In the mens 4 mile race we had 12 club runners. First home in the mens 4 mile race was Gearoid O'Connor, closely followed by John Brennan 12, Willie Morris 13, Peter O'Farrell 15, Pearse Coyle 16, Brendan Hogan 17 and 1st O.50, Johnathan Hughes 21, John McHugh 43, Rory O'Hanlon 48, Andy Davies 51, Terry Clarke 58 and Peter McDermott 73 and 1st O.60...

  Sean Hehir set a new club record of 50.59 and PB by finishing 3rd in today's Ballycotton 10 Mile road race. Jason Reid also had a fantastic run by finishing 20th in 54.14, followed by Edwin Keville in 61st in 57.49 and 3rd O.45, Brendan Hogan 60.44, 2nd. We had 18 club runners in yesterday's  Garda cross country races in the Phoenix Park. Vanessa Sallier ran a very strong race over a 2 mile course and finished a very credible 11th and 1st. O.40.
