The 2019 Berlin marathon on Sunday 29th September was the second fastest marathon in history run by Kenesia Bekele in 2:01:41. There was also some very speedy Rathfarnham WSAF AC running. Dave Power sent us greetings from the Porto Half Marathon held on Sunday 22nd September along the beautiful Douro river. It was a top quality race with the winner running 61 minutes. Dave ran an excellent 76 minutes and sent us this fabulous photo. Well done Dave but easy on the tan!...

Congratulations to the 6000+ people who took part in the Dublin Half Marathon in the Phoenix Park on Saturday 21st September. Big congratulations to Paul Moran who was crowned 2019 European M55 half marathon champion at the European Masters Athletics Championships in Venice, Italy on Sunday 15th September. The Ratoath Half Marathon was held on Saturday 14th September around Fairyhouse Race Course and the Co. Meath Countryside. A good contingent of Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes went to the Tullamore half marathon on August 31st.
