On Sunday Derek Bain finished 14th in the Connemara Half-Marathon in a time of 87.56. Frank McEntire ran the full marathon in 3.50. Full results at Link. Well done to all our Club athletes who ran in the National Road Relays in Raheny today. In the annual Colours match between UCD and Trinity Gerard Claffey ran in his first 1,500m race and finished in a time of 4.30. Michael Ondrej ran in the 3,000m race and ran well. Well done to both....

Some excellent Club results were recorded in the 4 mile Dunboyne Road Race on Sunday. First home for the Club was Sean Heir in 3rd position in a time of 19.41, which was a PB for him.
