It was Rathfarnham WSAF AC/ Termoneeny running club’s Tommy Hughes day at the Frankfurt Marathon on Sunday November 8th. He ran a spectacular 2:27:52 to set a new world record for a 59 year old. The 2019 Spar Autumn Open cross country race took place at the National Sports Campus Abbottstown on Sunday 20th October. A group of five Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes went on tour to the 2019 Amsterdam marathon on Sunday October 20th. In the Irish ¾ marathon held in Co. Meath on Sunday 6th October three Rathfarnham WSAF AC athletes turned up to do a pace run. Ciaran Aylward ended up coming 19th overall in 2:06:14. Luke McMullan ran 2:17:06 and Colly Moran 2:18:03. Well done guys. FULL RESULTS HERE...

The 2019 Rathfarnham 5k road race was yet another outstanding success with fast times and PB’s galore on this fantastic course.
