So finally a race to report on. IMRA's Lugnaquille race was 10.46km long with 718m of climbing. The 2020 Leinster Indoor track and field Championships were held in the Athlone Institute of Technology on 24th February. Mitchel Byrne had a great run to win the1500m gold medal in 4:06:98. On a windy Sunday 2nd February at the Trim 10 mile road race Rathfarnham WSAF AC’s Brian Furey on an 11th hour entry ran a very respectable 57:05 to come 22nd in a large field. Edwin Keville was 2nd M50 in 61:25. Great runs by both of you. FULL RESULTS HERE...

With over 4000 entrants and ideal conditions the 2020 Raheny 5 mile road race on Sunday 26th was going to be a day of PB’s. It was a high achieving day for Rathfarnahm WSAF AC at the 2020 Leinster Masters Cross Country Championships in Gowran, Co. Kilkenny on Sunday January 12th.
